Freddy, the last sibling is no more.

16 years & 4 month ago, 5 sibling felines were born in our closet. Their mother was named Xena/Zeena.
She was a middrange longhaired standard farmersbreed of a cat,. The father was shorthaired farmerscat. The typical kind with an M /W on the forehead.

Her babies was not longhaired, nore short, but somewhere in between. They were fluffier than standard shorthaired cats, but still retained that well-knowned catface most know, but with their own personality to it. Noone is the same.

We named them Bam, Elis, Freddy, Rufus & Sussie.

Two were very dark brown with a pattern (Rufus & Elis) some would call them black.
One was Grey with dark stripes (Bam), and Sussie & Freddy had lighter grey colouring with blackstripes and white socks.

Yesterday..  Yesterday was the last day of the last sibling.

His condition had been deteriorating over the last 2 weeks and i was suspecting the worst, but i was hopeful he would come out of it.

But yet, i did know he was an old man.

Freddy died in his sleep an hour before midnight the 6th of september.

I never had a "pet" live this long before.

He was with me a third of my life.

He & his sibings, they were born here. They are family!

He never put out a claw! He was the sweetest being i ever knew! :(

Freddy at his prime, around 2014-15.

Now, we still have Fia. She's 13 years old, but still people think she's a kitten.

I wish it was all over though.
This grief ... is tearing me apart.

He was the last one. :( I understand his death more than any of the others though, as he was the elder one.

A respectable age of 16 and a half & I'm so glad he was a part of my life for so long.

But i'll never get a "pet" again!

When Fia is gone, i am done! :(

Freddy, i know you will sleep well. I tucked you in well at your final restingplace with pine tree branches as your final restingplace.

I'll miss you to the very last day i live.

Missy, the queen of the garden is dead.

Missy, the queen of this garden, is dead. Her life was stolen and thrown away today.

One of the sweetest felines i have ever known, and one i befriended when i moved here 4 years ago  got run over by a maildeliverycar, 1 meter from our yard! Literally just outside the main enterance!

She was family to me & a good friend.
She was the sunshine over here, someone that always cheered me up, looked me up when i was outside, play, cuddle, follow me around, but now she's gone, runned over by a stressed ape trying to finish his rounds.

This is a little street, 150 meters,  gravel, outside town. Noone drives fast here, exept the postcars.

Not sure what i would do to that person if i found out who it was!

Never thought this would happen here, not Missy. But it did. :(

She was my landlords cat but she felt like she was my own.

Missy's daughter also got run over by a car summer 2017, but on the main road outside where they drive much faster.

I do not know her real age, but i think she was around 12 year old.
I will miss her, incredibly! It won't be the same here anymore without her. I can't stop crying.

I dug her grave beside her daughter Nasse, and our own Sussie & Rufus.

I will always remember you, Missy.  Love you.

Personally, i'd NEVER let a cat to be an outdoor cat like this.

She won't be here tomorrow to greet me...
